Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 5pm. A signature may be required on receipt.
We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.
If you are not at home when our courier attempts to deliver they will leave a card and return the parcel to your local Royal Mail depot. You can collect the parcel within 14 days by taking some personal identification and the "sorry you were out card" to the depot. International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of size and weight.
All orders are sent on an express service with tracking information available. A signature will be required on delivery.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service and delivered according to their standard delivery procedures.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that there may be reasons why you want to return items.
You can take your order back to any Cecil Gee store if you paid by Debit or Credit card. Please take your despatch note and the goods you want to return and our store team will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Go to Store Finder

You need to return goods to the appropriate address within 28 days of receipt to the address shown on your invoice and we recommend you send it by recorded delivery. The back of your despatch note contains full details on how to return goods.
We will replace faulty or defective goods free of charge, which means we'll cover the P&P for both the return and the replacement. Returning goods for other reasons is, we're afraid, done so at your own expense.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
We advise you make sure you are happy with the fit of your suit before removing any brand labels from the garment. Once these are removed the suit is not in a fully resaleable condition.

You'll need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by the credit or debit card company. We process your payment at the time you place your order.
If you pay using Paypal, you will not be able to return items to Cecil Gee stores. This is because our tills are unable to process those Paypal returns. Sorry if this is an inconvenience.
